One of the first houses in Bright

Built in 1898 this beautiful house was one of the first in Bright and was relocated to its current prime position to the river and town. Our renovation of this incredible gem, completed in 2017, has focused on enhancing period features, incorporating elements from the region, whilst providing modern luxury. We are extremely pleased to open the doors for you to enjoy this gorgeous house for your perfect holiday.

Lumley House has 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 in all configurations for couples, families and groups, 2 living areas (on separate levels), large kitchen, swimming pool, secure courtyard with fire pit, large garden and lockable garage. The house is configured as follows;
Groundfloor:
- Bedroom 1 - en-suite and king bed that can split into two singles
- Bedroom 2 - king bed that can split into two singles
- Bedroom 3 - king bed that can split into two singles
- Large modern country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and cooktop

- Open plan living and dining with 55inch flat screen TV, fireplace, and huge sliding doors opening to the swimming pool (where you can watch or chat from the couch)
- Large bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet
- Fully functional laundry with washing machine

Upstairs:
- Lounge/games room with TV, books, games etc. Perfect for the kids to be entertained while the adults enjoy some time downstairs
- Bedroom 4 with one set of bunks and a queen size bed
- Third toilet
